Shirley McAfee is the Resident Director of Evolve Waterfront Retreat in Central Massachusetts and is the former Spiritual Leader at Unity of Cherry Valley in Rochdale, MA. Shirley has many talents; she is a singer/songwriter, author, Registered Nurse, motivational speaker, and Medical Intuit.
Shirley's retreat specialty is discerning guests’ health concerns and working towards healing and resolution with food, fasting, intentional meditation, and movement. Shirley sings, teaches, leads, and directs. Shirley also co-facilitates retreats for other talent. She hosts health and spiritual retreats from spring to fall and travels speaking and singing for the rest of the year.
