Practice the art of meditation  $444  Enjoy three different forms of meditation from classic silent meditation, movement meditation with the Labyrinth and Forest Bathing and Singing Meditation. Learn how to release the stress of everyday life and get in touch with your center and peace. Release and leave your complicated world behind and experience peace, enjoy live music, eat delicious healthy food, embrace movement, swimming, kayaking, campfire, labyrinth, forest bathing and meditation. Come to Evolve and learn how to deal with chronic problems. Shirley McAfee BSN RN trained at UMass Medical Center Center for mindfulness under direction of Jon Kabot-Zinn’s teachings.  McAfee, a Medical Intuit, will guide and assist with your transformation.
